Is Title 15, or is a tax certificate needed?

You must apply online through the MT Dept of Revenue. Please visit tap.dor.mt.gov. An approved certificate will be sent by email. Once you have received this document, save it on your computer.

· Filings that require submitting a Tax Certificate (Title 15) document are reinstatements, withdrawals, and active-suspended (/tax-related). Use the online portal and upload the documents to the page.
