Why do I not see filing actions?

The Filing Actions button is only available when a person is signed in under their user account. Locate the Filing Actions button by following these steps:

路 Sign in to the online portal at https://biz.sosmt.gov/.

路 Search for a business registration.

路 Click on the business name to open the right-side panel.

路 The Filing Actions will be at the top of the right-side panel.

If the Filing Actions are still not available after following these steps, please contact Business Services for support at (406) 444-3665.
