Fees are waived for annual reports submitted between January 1st and April 15th. If you file your annual report during the waived fee period, you will not receive a receipt. If you have filed an annual report after April 15th, the receipt is available for immediate download. If you are logged in to the filing portal, click on the receipts tab to download your receipt.
