How do I renew my business?

Annual reports (LLC, Corporations) and Renewals (Assumed Business Names, Partnerships) are filed via the same portal. To maintain good standing, submit your annual report before the deadline or renew your business before the expiration at biz.sosmt.gov/search/business.
