# Why do I not see filing actions?

The Filing Actions button is only available when a person is signed in under their user account. Locate the Filing Actions button by following these steps:
· Sign in to the online portal at [https://biz.sosmt.gov/](https://biz.sosmt.gov/).
· Search for a business registration.
· Click on the business name to open the right-side panel.
· The Filing Actions will be at the top of the right-side panel.
