# File and Maintain Business Documents

Register a new business or maintain your existing business registration by signing into the [online filing portal](https://biz.sosmt.gov/auth).
* Log in with your username and password, or click the login button to create your user profile and sign in.
* Registering a new business? Start a new business application on the Forms page.
* Already registered? Search for your business record, then click on its name. Navigate to the Filing Actions button to locate the required form.
